Hello,
I would like to be reimbursed for my premium offer that I took on December 26 2017 because of litigation with my photos posted on WordPress. thank you for repaying me as soon as possible. -
I’m afraid there is a time limit for claiming refunds. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ says:
For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.
For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. -

As my colleague already said in https://fr.forums.wordpress.com/topic/bug-du-bouton-jaime?replies=20#post-82783, you are already past the refund period for the upgrades on your account and it is no longer possible for us to issue a refund.
