Premium only works for 1 blog?

Hi there, I recently purchased a Premium Account as I have 2 blogs, and my Premium status isn’t showing up for my second one. I can’t even use the Customizer, for 99$ I thought I’d be able to use it across my account, not just on that one blog. I read the FAQ’s before buying and couldn’t find any information on this. Is this an error or do I need to activate something, or is this how it really is?

    Hi!

The Premium bundle only applies to the site it was purchased on. So, if you would like to have the Premium functions on both blogs, you would need to purchase the bundle on the other site as well.

I would like a refund I think. I had no idea that this was the case. Is it possible to chat with someone about what the best option for ordering is?

Definitely! We don’t offer support over the phone, but I’m happy to walk you through the options here.

If you’d like a refund, I can definitely do that for you. Would you still like to use the domain staydiapered.com with your site though? If so, we can just setup the domain mapping upgrade for $13/yr instead of the Premium bundle. However, you would not have access to the other features mentioned here:

    WordPress.com Premium [Redirects to Plans]

If you would like to use a custom domain on both sites though, this would only require $13/yr per site.

Just reply back to let me know how you would like to proceed!
