Premium or Business

  Hi,
  Can i build a normal website and upload a theme with WordPress Premium just like Business?

  The only difference i can notice is that with ‘WordPress Business’ i could have unlimited storage and use Analytics. Is that correct?

  Neither plan allows a theme to be uploaded. These are the only theme options: https://theme.wordpress.com/

  With the Business plan you get access to the premium themes at no extra charge. The Business plan also includes Live Chat support and eCommerce options. Here’s a chart that shows the main features of each plan: https://store.wordpress.com/plans/
