  HI ,

  I have 2 questions:
  1. if i get the 99$ pack – can I open as many blogs as i want and connect a unique domain at the same cost? or will i have to pay for the redirecting each blog I get.
  2. if i take the 99$ pack will i have the option to add plugins?

  1. No, you pay per blog. The upgrade applies only to one blog.
  2. No, you are still hosted here on wp.com so you cannot use plugins.

  If you need plugins then you will have to find a host and use wp.ORG software.
