  If we purchase Premium, Can we place customized / own advertisements on our wordpress site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not exactly. With Premium you can enroll with the WordAds program.

  For full customization and control over your ads you’d likely want to use the business plan, and an ad plugin with it.
