Premium plan

    Hey how are you? I tried to purchase a premium plan but it does not appear to have worked – i got through but then it was saying I was on a free plan and when I tried again I got stuck on processing page. I would like to be on the premium plan – can you confirm whether this has been successful and it’s just a delay or if the subscription has not worked?
