I also don’t see live chat, which I understood was available in the Premium plan. To be fair, I just signed up about two hours ago, but I wouldn’t think it would take that long to entitle the account for live chat.

Hi there! I’ll be happy to assist you today!
Can I embed an iframe calendar from Outlook or Gmail on a website with the Premium Plan?
iframe code from certain services like Google Calendar is allowed. You can see how to do that here:
Google Calendar is a free calendar application from Google that makes it easy to keep track of life’s important events all in one place. I also don’t see live chat, which I understood was available in the Premium plan. To be fair, I just signed up about two hours ago, but I wouldn’t think it would take that long to entitle the account for live chat.
Can you try following the steps here to confirm if live chat is not accessible on your WordPress.com account yet?
Hope that helps!
By the way, I noticed you registered a new domain for your organization. Would you be interested in adding an email address that matches your domain name? You can try out our Professional Email, which is free for the first three months. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions about that.
