  I want to upgrade to a website with Premium. However I am getting a dialogue box with the sentence “Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.” How do I upgrade?

  Hi there! It looks like you previously had a Business or Commerce plan on your site (based on the URL you shared) and this is why you are seeing the message you are referring to. I’ll email you directly from help@wordpress.com to advise on the next steps. Look for that email soon.

  Hi again philnick206, Thank you for the advice and information. I have upgraded my website to a Premium plan and my website is functioning.
