  I paid $96 for premium plan but don’t have access to it, it is showing i only have free plan. According to my bank, the transaction was already processed. Can you look into to it?

  Did you somehow create two accounts rather than upgrading the free address to a paid plan? Do you have more than one email address and did you write down the passwords for each account?

  I may have created two accounts but i am not sure. Can you assist me with locating the page which I’ve made a payment. Otherwise, I’ll have my bank to dispute the charge and refund my money since the transaction was already processed by the bank. I was able to login both the above links but both of the page show as a free page.
