    Earlier when I had purchased the personal plan and checked out the price for Premium plan it was Rs 1,660 .I’ve canceled the personal plan thus want to upgrade towards Premium plan the cost is Rs 3000. I want to know what is the actual cost after the discount. Do I need to purchase the personal again in order to reduce the cost of Premium plan. Also if I purchase the Premium plan do I need to recreate the website again?

    You don’t cancel if you are outside the refund window. You just upgrade and would be charged the difference between the two prices. And upgrading doesn’t upset any content you have already created.

    The Rs 1,660 you saw earlier was likely the upgrade price from your active Personal plan to the Premium plan. That price includes a partial credit for the unused time on your Personal plan, which is why it was lower.

    Now that you’ve canceled the Personal plan, you are now on the Free plan. Upgrading will require you to pay the full price. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    All the discounts are already reflected in the price you see on our site or the upgrade section.

    No, you don’t need to purchase the Personal plan again. The upgrade credit only applies when you’re actively upgrading from one plan to another. Buying a lower plan again won’t reduce the cost of Premium.
