  Can I still have google analytics on the
  Premium Plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Google Analytics integration is available only on the Business Plan.

  However every site can use Google Console (formerly Webmaster) which also has a stats component. https://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
