  I paid for a premium plan that was cancelled tonight by a HAPPINESS ENGINEER, because the plan did not work with my site. I cannot get a refund due to the timing of when the plan was purchased. My question is since I paid for it and cannot get a refund, can that plan be used if I choose to open a site with WordPress to sell jewelry

  The refund window for plans is 30 days after purchase. We are not able to process a delayed refund.
