  IF I upgrade to the premium plan can I get to use all of the plug-ins I need to do retargeting of my website?

  Hi there!

  To use all of the plug-ins , you need to upgrade your plan to Business Plan.
  They can only be uploaded on WordPress.com on our Business Plan.
