PREMIUM PLAN ALL READY PURCHASED BUT UNABLE TO CONNECT

  This is the third time I have contacted this forum, without a satisfactorily answer! I purchased a new computer and unable to transfer files. I have connected to WordPress but I paid for a Premium Plan, all my blogs are with this upgrade. I do have a WordPress site but it suggests that I upgrade of which I did several month ago. I do not know how to access this Premium Account. It should not be much different from this because I purchased the plan from this site. I mentioned this is the third time if have contacted this forum. If this is not resolved soon I will not bother you again but whip the dust of my feet off and purchase some other blogging program.
