Premium plan and domain name

  I am planning to sign up for the Premium plan. Can my domain name be different from my blog’s name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your domain can be whatever you want it to be, yes. Once you add a domain the free WordPress.com address will automatically redirect to your chosen domain instead, and only you will see the free address in the dashboard – visitors to your site won’t see that address in their browsers at all, except when viewing image files directly from your media library.
