I’m looking to set up a food delivery site via wordpress. I I take out the premium service will it include the following.
An SSL licence
ability to create a drop down menu from the top navigation
Email templates for marketing
Ability to send editable auto response emails
Add payzone as a merchant via a virtual terminal
Add an option att checkout for customers to pay by card on delivery
Are there any setup fees for customers to pay online
Any fees for paying via paypal
Do you take a % of transactions via the site and what are your rates
An add to bag function with secure page

We offer free HTTPS on all WordPress.com sites by default, including those using custom domains.

Many of our themes support dropdown navigation. You can browse WordPress.com themes here:
Email templates for marketing
We don’t provide email templates, but we do support integration with MailChimp. Visitors can sign up to your site using a popup subscriber form:
Once visitors have subscribed, you can then email them using MailChimp (and their templates).
Ability to send editable auto response emails
This is not supported on WordPress.com.
Add payzone as a merchant via a virtual terminal
PayPal buttons can be used to sell individual products on WordPress.com:

However, if you need full eCommerce functionality, you may want to consider creating a self hosted WordPress.org site and installing WooCommerce. There is more information about WooCommerce features on this page:
