Premium Plan and Word ads
-
I’ve had my blog for a little over 3 years. I average 7,000 page views a month. Would it behoove me to switch to the premium plan so that I can get word ads on my site and monetize it?

Hi there,
For which site are you considering this?
Depending on where the majority of your site’s traffic is coming from, I’d say at the very least you should break even with the cost of the premium plan with that number of views, but that’s a very, very vague estimate based on WordAds earnings I’ve seen on different sites.
You should be aware that earnings can vary wildly, and there’s no way to predict, or even accurately estimate earnings for online ads. It’s even possible for earnings to drop even while views go up. This is because various factors determine how much advertisers bid for ad space on your site at any given moment, including but not limited to the location of your site visitors, what other advertisers are bidding on ad space for the same view, and the overall state of the online ad market at the time.
So it’s very possible that even with a high number of monthly views, your overall earnings could be less than what you pay for the Premium Plan and a domain each year. But ultimately you won’t know unless you give it a try :)
