Premium Plan, Can't Find Free Domain Mapping

  I signed up for a premium plan but it is still saying I need to pay $13/year for domain mapping. I read all sources that say domain mapping is included with the premium plan. Please help!

  It looks like you may have signed up for Premium under a different user account than the one you’ve posted here with. There are no upgrades connected to this account, which is why you are seeing the $13 domain mapping fee.
