  Does Premium Plan include hosting + Domain + SSL as well ? Will i be able to add plugin ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, all plans include hosting. All paid plans, including the Premium Plan, come with a domain credit that can be used to register a custom domain. All domains registered on WordPress.com come with SSL.

  Will i be able to add plugin ?

  Sadly, only sites with the Business Plan can upload custom plugins. However, all sites do get access to some plugins automatically.
