premium plan downgrade to free site

  a premium plan is no longer needed but wish to keep existing site for archive purposes – it was a one-off festival and we’d like to continue to make it available for public access

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @sacredhomelandsfestival,

  You can cancel your plan via Purchases. Click the button to Cancel below the plan details. Follow the prompts to cancel your plan, and be sure to check your email for a link to confirm your cancellation.

  You can find more information from this link.

  Your site will be switched to our Basic (free) plan. You will no longer have access to the features included in your plan, but your site’s content will still be available.

  I am also tagging a WP support, you will find the tag “modlook” on the side, they might have more information to give you about your cancellation.
