Premium Plan – Enjoy priority support from our Happiness Engineers

    What does this mean exactly?? Is there anyone who will answer the questions I have posted over the past few days and for which I’ve received no replies? What does Premium Plan ‘Priority Support’ mean? Is there something I am not understanding? I am trying to get my webpage up and running and it is very frustrating that I cannot understand this site and am getting no support. Thank you!

    Thanks for reply. Very unfortunate that the link you sent me appears to be ‘hidden’ from users, as in all my attempts for help on all my various WP pages, not once did my clicking on the Help link ever bring me to the page link that you provided me. Each time I was only directed here to this forum and instructed to post my question here, in the hopes that someone in the community may or may not respond. Thanks.

    @yippee1999 That contact link is always present in your site’s New Dash and via the big blue “Get Help” button at the bottom of any Support doc.

    When you are are a free plan user the contact form will route your question to the public support forums. That form will only change to route to WordPress.com staff once you have purchased one of the paid plans.

    Hope that helps clarify.

    And now I see where the confusion may come from. :) It seems you have both a free site lynnsastoriasupperclub.wordpress.com and a site with paid upgrades lynnsnycsupperclub.com

    If you need help from WordPressdotcom Staff with your premium plan site, when in the contact form make sure you select that site from the drop down menu.
