Premium Plan Expiration Problem

    My WordPress Premium Plan expired two days ago. I expected my site to lose its mapped domain and extra Premium features but otherwise remain online. Instead when I try to access the site using either the mapped domain or the wordpress.com URL, I get a page that says ‘Oh no! This blog’s domain liontailmedia.com expired!’ Can you remove the domain name from my account so that my site becomes accessible again?

    Hello!

    I can see the Premium subscription has been removed from your account and I can access the site at the free address now:

    https://liontailmedia.wordpress.com

    If you can’t see this you may need to clear your browser cache.

    The error message at liontailmedia.com is because the domain is not registered with us but is still pointing to WordPress.com. You would need to change the name servers to something other than WordPress.com if you don’t want it pointing to us now.
