"Premium plan" for several individual blogs in a company?
-
Hi, is there a fee plan in which I can have several separate blogs (different people) in the same company for one annual fee? I just bought a premium plan ($99/year), but it looks like that is for one blog/account only. I would like to get a few people in our organization started with their own blog, so they all have their individual <johndoe>.wordpress.com address.
Is there a plan for this?
Thanks

I’m not sure if you are asking if it is possible to have multiple blogs covered under one $99 WordPress Premium upgrade, or if you are asking if WordPress.com can wrap up multiple $99 WordPress Premium upgrades into a single invoice for your company.
However, the answer for both is the same. Upgrades only cover a single WordPress.com site. So if the people in your company need the features that WordPress.com Premium offers, the upgrade would have to be purchased for each blog. And our system is not set up to combine bill for multiple sites. It is something that perhaps we should look into, but at the moment we do not receive a lot of requests for that sort of thing. I will mention it to the dev team however.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! I was actually looking for a “package deal” (like 5 licenses for $399 or something along those lines). I’m trying to establish some branding for our Institute and will ask several people to start blogging about what they’re doing. Anyway, if you ever offer that kind of licensing structure, please let me know. Thanks!

I’ll mention it to the marketing crew. I can see that being a topic of discussion for them.
Thanks for using WordPress.
