Premium Plan – How to Pay

    Good Morning.
    I want to create my website and use the premium plan. I found an online discount that works and everything looked good until i try to pay and i couldn’t. It says ‘purchase disable and to contact you’. When i tried just putting the card without associating it with a plan it appears this: Error preparing new payment method configuration. Please contact support quoting error HYMNCA. Can you help me? I already try to use 4 different cards but none of them work. Thank you.
