Premium Plan – no live chat

  Hello, I upgraded to the Premium Plan to access live chat. Was in a live conversation with an engineer yesterday and they stopped responding. Tried accessing live chat today and the option has now dissappeared – I have an issue I need help with before my website goes live Monday!

  Any help appreciated – thank yoU!

  It is the weekend and Livechat is available monday to friday with a Premium plan.
