Premium plan not activated

Hi, I buyed a premium plan and reserved a domain name.
I payed by paypal, I can see the transaction in my wordpress.com profile, but I don’t have the funcitonnalities nor the domain name available.
Could you please activate my plan?thanks in advance

Hi there, we can help with that. We just need you to log into the correct account first.
Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the features you bought.

I checked that site and there are no paid subscriptions connected to it. So, if you paid for a plan, there must be another account that it is under.
If you aren’t sure about the account, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
Otherwise, you could fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.
You can use the transaction ID from your bank statement from when you purchased your domain to fill out the form.

fleurreellefr.wordpress.com”I think something went wrong, fleurreellefr.wordpress.com is the site connected to my account.
The account recovery form uses an email, and I am using only one email, and I access to that account.Thanks for your help

Okay, it looks like that order is stuck on our end, so while you were charged, the upgrade was never added to your account and the domain wasn’t registered.
I’ve now manually added the Premium Plan to your account. Please go to My Site ->Manage ->Domains ->Add and try to register your domain again.
If the domain registration doesn’t complete, please let me know so I can check on it from this end.
