Premium Plan not active but already paid

  i just bought a premium plan yesterday but on my dashboard it’s still mentionned as free plan…

  Can someone help me please ?

  What site did you purchase the plan for? I do not see any history of purchases under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account?

  Interesting, so the plan wasn’t added and the domain wasn’t registered either.

  I’m not sure what happened, but I have issued a refund.
