Premium Plan Not Showing Up

    My credit card was charged $99 on May 28 for the premium plan, but when I log into my account, it shows that I have the free plan. How can I get access to the premium plan features, and how can my account show that I purchased the premium play?

    Hey there!

    It sounds like you might have paid $99 under a different WordPress.com account because I can’t see any payments to the account you’re currently signed into. Do you have any other accounts or web sites hosted with us?

    I checked this site – https://shortsideblog.wordpress.com – is that the one you wanted Premium for?
