Hello! I have been having issues with my WordPress account. I recently purchased the premium plan on WordPress for my website, and it was billed on my credit card statement. However, when I checked the Purchases tab on my dashboard, the purchase is not showing up, and when I check the plans page on my dashboard, it indicates that I still have to upgrade my account to the premium plan. Could someone from WordPress help me troubleshoot this because I don’t want to pay again to receive support? I can provide the Merchant Number if it would help.

I’m not seeing any premium plans purchased on this WordPress.com account. That means you purchased the plan from a different WordPress.com account and you need to log in to that account to see your subscriptions.
If you can’t remember the login credentials for the other account, here’s how we can help you with logging in to the correct account:
1. Please locate the transaction ID for your payment made to WordPress.com. You can locate it on your credit card statement: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement
2. Next, go to the account recovery form and submit the transaction ID to us. Do not post the transaction ID on this forum.
