Premium Plan Question

I am looking to purchase the premium plan to build a website for my young adult program. We are looking to change the name of the program within this coming year and I wanted to know if I am able to register multiple domains thru the Premium plan or if I have to pay each time.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Premium upgrades do not include any premium themes which are all individually priced one time upgrades. Refunds have lime limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
