Premium Plan Refund

    Hello,

    I just canceled my Premium plan and requested the refund. When can I expect to see the refund in my bank? I am switching over to wordpress.org!

    How will you refund my payment?

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

    Hi there,

    If you do not receive the refund in the time indicated in that support doc, please follow up with your bank directly, as delays in refunds are usually between the bank and our payment processor. You can use the transaction ID that appears on the refund receipt as a reference in that case.
