Premium Plan Restoration

    We had recently cancelled our premium plan as we thought we did not need it but now we wish to keep it as we have found a purpose for a wordpress website now.

    It was a two year plan that I have already paid for but our account does not give us the option to restore it and we do not want to pay again for something that we have already paid for the period of time for. Our account also says that we are on the free plan again only now.

    When I asked the Support Bot I got the below answer and then it said that it cant connect me to a human as I am not on a premium plan.

    How do I get our premium subscription back that I have already paid the two years for and have not gotten a refund for the remaining time that is left on it? The bot said that it can be restored for us.
