Premium plan set to renew
-
Hello- I am in transition of roles at work and taking over the accounting and billing of our domain. It looks like we have a premium plan, that I can see, but that I must be the account manager to change the plan? I can not see any previous invoives but it shows that we are set to renew August 14, 2019. Can you help?

Hi there,
WordPress.com upgrades belong to the username account that was used to purchase it, and only someone logged into that account has access to billing history for purchases/payments they made, and the ability to renew or otherwise manage the upgrades.
If you are taking over management of the upgrades going forward, the current owner will have to transfer those upgrades to you. That will not transfer their billing history to you as well, though.
To transfer the domain to your account, the current owner must please follow these steps:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Once they’ve done that, please ask them to open their own support ticket to request that we also transfer the Premium Plan to your account.
Note that the current account will still remain owner of the site itself. But they can transfer ownership, which will also transfer the plan and remove them as an admin from the site, by following the steps here:
