Premium Plan, Site Migration

    Hi WordPress;

    I am interested in upgrading my site hosting to the Premium Plan- However, I am unable to pay the $99 up front, all at once. I’ve spoken with GoDaddy whom offers WordPress Premium Hosting, $60 annual or $8 a month, in which they’ll let me do the monthly installments. I noticed WordPress breaks the $99 annual down to $8.25 a month. Is there some way that WordPress can offer the monthly billing and or coupon codes for the Premium Plan? I would prefer to keep my site in tact through WordPress, anxious to add a music store and video and not have to migrate my site to GoDaddy. Without the financial assistance of smaller lump sum payments, I would need to request the FTP file and server info to begin initiating my site’s migration from WordPress to GoDaddy.     Unfortunately the only payment form is an annual plan, I didn’t hear about the monthly payment until now.

    @hamamasha Hello,

    There are no monthly payments available at WordPressdotcom. The breakdown may be shown by month, but the payment itself is made annually.

    Additionally, because you mention adding a store, please be aware that currently there is no ecommerce solution available to WordPressdotcom users (until now was only available at the Business level) nor is there any timeline to implementation of a new ecommerce solution.

    All in all, you may wish to consider moving your sites to a self-hosted install of the WordPress software. See here for more info:
