Premium plan site with multiple missing premium features and errors

    I have a number of problems which I am struggling to get resolved. I wish to e-mail the WordPress.com support team, which as I am on the Premium plan should be possible, but there seems no means to do so. I have inherited a site from the original owner and despite being an admin do not seem to have the privileges that I should have. I do not have any of the original emails received as part of the account creation process.

    For example …

    I wish to transfer my primary domain to another registrar, but this option does not exist.

    I wish to review my billing history and update payment details, but the associated links take me to up-sell pages not pages that show my payment history or allow me to update the payment details. I do not wish to upgrade from premium to business, the premium plan should be sufficient.

    I wish to remove a user but each time I try there is a non-specific error.

    I am going around in circles and need the support that a Premium plan holder is entitled to receive.

    How do I contact the support team to get the proper level of support I am entitled to receive.

    The reason you’re not able to do any of these things is because your account does not own the site or the upgrades.

    Your username is an admin on the site, but your username isn’t the owner. Only the username that is the owner can make or request changes to upgrades, and that user cannot be removed from a site by another admin.

    You will need to ask the user who owns the site to transfer ownership of the site and upgrades to you so your account is the new owner. Then you’ll be able to make the changes you need, and to contact live chat support.
