  Can I transfer premium plan to another site?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Yes, it’s possible to transfer a plan to a different WordPress.com site. However, I checked your account and found that you have canceled all your plans and deleted all your sites.

  What’s the site with the Premium plan, and on which site do you want to transfer it?
