  It’s December and I would like to buy a premium plan but does that mean I’ll have to pay for premium again in January since payments are annual?

  Hi there, each upgrade plan is for a 12-month period. Once you purchase a plan, you can see the renewal date and manage your upgrade in your Manage Purchases dashboard. Here’s more on plan subscriptions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/auto-renewal/
