  What would be the best premium plan for a beginner in wordpress? This is a personal account but I want to strengthen my site and reach. Thanks

  I always feel like the WordPress.com Personal plan is the best bet for someone in your shoes:

  The Premium plan would be great as well, but getting started with the Personal account gets you almost all of the most useful features.
