  hi some questions with your premium plans
  1. can i take a backup of the wordpress site on my local computer
  2. what kind of traffic can my wordpress site handle. say i choose the business plan
  3. how secure will my wordpress site be
  i understand that plugins need to be updated to keep website secure
  does wordpress do that for a premium business account plan holder

  Hi there @coralchaicirce75852,

  1) Kindof. You can export all of the text-based content. If you’re technically savvy, you can also run your own local server with a copy of WordPress.org, and you can export your content to that periodically. Just note your own copy may have a few differences.

  2) Traffic generally will not be a problem here on our servers. If you use the Business plan, though, and any of your plugins are especially resource intensive, that could affect things with higher traffic volumes. Still, generally we’ll use caching and what not to try to optimize for you.

  3) We manage security, take care of backups, and by default turn on auto updates for your plugins. You will still be responsible for keeping your password safe (we recommend 2FA.) Also, you’ll want to ensure you’re installing secure plugins.
