  Hello admin.
  Suppose i subscribe to annual plan for $99 then in the same year i upgrade to $299 plan.
  Will I be rebilled $299 on top off previously paid $99 dollars?
  Info me please.
  Secondly see my website under construction- healthliving7.WordPress.com and advise if after completing construction i can monetize and earn revenue from it.
  Please advice and let me be informed so that i can decide on which plan.

  Staff can typically help you out if you purchase plan and later realize that you need a higher plan. Just contact us via https://wordpress.com/help/contact.
