Premium Refund

  Hi,

  I would like to cancel the $99/per yr upgrade immediately, but i have already been charged, I have just been through my upgrades and nothing has been renewed and would like to get a refund.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I can cancel that Premium upgrade for you. Do you also want to cancel the domain carlinwatego.com linked to that upgrade?

  Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  If you decide to keep the domain, I can issue a $73 refund ($99 minus the $26 domain renewal). Otherwise, I can cancel everything for you and issue a full $99 refund. Just let me know which you’d prefer.

  Thanks for cancelling the premium upgrade, i will not be needing the domain attached so could you please cancel everything and issue the full $99 refund.
