I purchased premium for wordpress.com a bit over a month ago and I didn’t start making my site until now. I dont have any of the features I need to make it how I want.
Is it possible for me to get a refund?

Testing and trying out themes worked while things were free. Once paying my $99.00 via VISA CC, nothing has worked; no buttons on you website have worked or activated; I have no files downloaded; and no blog set up; no website.
Please credit the same VISA CC as your charged initially. Payment Receipt ID No. 13733331 should let you backtrack on financial data.
When refund received, I will begin again.

I checked your account and I see that you mapped the domain bentfinger.net to your website. That domain was registered in May 2008 through Network Solutions — here’s the public info about that domain:
http://whois.domaintools.com/bentfinger.net
If you didn’t register that domain then, you won’t be able to use it with your site. (That explains the trouble you’ve had setting up your blog/website.) I just removed that domain mapping for you and reset your plan’s domain credit so you can register a new domain on the Domains page if you’d like.

Hello, I bought a theme 2 August 2015 for my site triptyquesphotos.wordpress.com and performed the same day cancellations. But we are August 20 and I have always received a refund of my theme (€ 69) and the name of my domain (triptyquesphotos.wordpress.com) at a price of € 30 totaling € 99 which were debited my bank account on August 4.
When will I be reimbursed?

Hi dpelusoop9d9, I cancelled and refunded that Premium plan for you. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.
