Premium refund delivered, but not domain!

Hello, I filed for a refund on a premium subscription within the day I purchased it after seeing no benefit to having a $99 subscription for my website needs. My bank records show that I was only reimbursed $73 of this initial fee. I suspect this may have been related to something funny with the purchase of a custom domain in combination with the preimium membership, however I do not show ownership of my domain (katefeller.com)! I would like to resolve this by being reimbursed my remaining $26, please. All of this took place on Jan 27, 2016, more than 10 days ago.
