Premium renew cancelation

  I received a e-mail saing that my Premium acount will be renew but I don’t want to. I am trying to access the purchases but os saying that I don’t even have a site. Could please help me to cancel this automatic renew that I don’t want? Thanks Gisele

  There are no upgrades on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (giventurinioficial) — which is why you are unable to cancel the plan from your account. If you let me know which site the plan is for, I’ll see what I can find.

  The Premium plan for giventurini.wordpress.com is owned by giventurini. You will need to log in to that account in order to manage the purchase.

  If you can login and reply as giventurini I’m happy to disable auto renew for you.
