Premium Renewal

  I am logged in as the administrator and the “Last Purchased By”. There is no option under my upgrades to renew. I have went to https://wordpress.com/me and clicked on billing. The last renewal is listed under billing. There is no option on this page to renew https://wordpress.com/plans/theshoresatnaples.com. I click on manage plan and the page that comes up list nothing and I have no option to renew. When I am under my wordpress account I even try to buy a premium upgrade and select the blog site from the drop down menu of site and I am unable to select theshoresatnaples.com. It says I already have that upgrade. Please let me know how to pay for this.

  I reviewed your lavellak WordPress.com account, and I found that you purchased a premium plan for http://theshoresatnaples.com/ last year and that upgrade has since expired. In the mean time, a different username with rights on the blog logged in and purchased a new plan and that’s why you don’t see a renewal option when you are logged in as lavellak.
