Premium renewal failed

    I want to always renew both my url towedhaul.com and my wordpress premium.
    I thought I had done both, but i keep getting various renewal notices.
    Today I got a WordPress premium automatic renewal failure notice with a link to renew. When I go to the link, it says my account does not exist.
    I have a receipt for payment of $18 for the url. But now I wonder if it worked, that is, I know I paid the fee, but was it really renewed?
    The WordPress premium is supposed to automatically charge to my card, but why do I keep getting failure notices? The notice gives no indication as to why it failed. I am now wondering if these are scam notices?
