  Yesterday I bought the premium service ( 99 € ) but I do not understand why I don`t have plugins. Please answer me fast. Thank you

  Did you take a look at the WordPress.com Premium support page? WordPress.com does not offer the option to install third-party plugins. If you would like more control over plugins and the option to install your own, a WordPress.org setup would be the best solution for you.
