  I requested a refund for premium services and it didn’t go through. I see that it’s pending in my bank account. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  I have voided the Premium bundle payment. The funds should not be withdrawn from your account.

  I went ahead and left your domain on your account as I wasn’t sure if you still wanted to use naturallyyouyoga.com. We have two options:

  1. If you want to keep the domain, I can create a manual payment request for the cost of the domain. Then, I can provide you with further instructions to use it at WordPress.com or elsewhere with another service.

  2. I can cancel the domain. In that case, the domain would be returned to the registrar. It will be unavailable for several weeks and then might be sold to someone else.

  Please let me know how you would like to move forward!

  Thank you for your help. From what I understand the domain price is $26 or $28 correct? If so, then yes I would like to keep the domain name. Thank you!

  Yep! The price for the domain is $26. I went ahead and created a manual payment request and emailed it to the address on file for your account. Can you let me know if you received the payment request? If so, you can make the payment through that form.
