  I purchased a premium site last year. I had been working on it off and on for a while. I never logged out. I logged out and when I logged back in it is not showing anywhere. I’m being asked to purchase again. I have a few months before renewal. Help!

  Hi chloricialakemyers,

  The account you are currently logged in to doesn’t own any upgrades, which suggests you have a second account. What is the address of the site you purchased a Premium plan for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, a site address is the only information I need for now.

  It would be great if you could try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt was sent to. The upgrade should be listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account.
