Premium Site down for 20 minutes! Where's my live support?

  Please help me get my site back up and running. I’m inundated with emails and messages about the site being down. I have a premium site and am supposed to have live support, but it’s only giving me the option to ask in the forum. I need WordPress to approve allinonehighschool.com to be up and running again. It’s an education site. Your spam filters have flagged it. This happened to our lower school site last year. There are tons of links used in the student lessons.
